Meet the Academy Staff

Megan Manor

Ms. Manor has been teaching at Grace for 9 years. Her passion is early reading instruction and building the foundation for literacy in young children. She got her degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State and is a big MSU basketball fan. She has an early childhood endorsement and a masters in Literacy and Language Instruction. Before moving to Illinois, Megan taught Kindergarten and 1st grade in Michigan for 11 years, spending two years as a reading specialist.

Megan is busy with her 3 children at home: two boys and a girl, one at Hinsdale Central, one at Clarendon Hills Middle School, and one at Walker School. She is active in the PTO and other volunteer duties. She loves traveling, crafts, and decorating.

Teresa Urquart

Ms. Urquart has been with Grace for more than 20 years, starting with our Kaleidoscope program. This season Teresa is teaching Pre-K, and also provides reading and science enrichment in other classes. Art, reading and science are among her favorite subjects to teach. Happily married for 31 years, Teresa has two children and one grandson.

When not teaching, Teresa enjoys arts crafts, crocheting, working on puzzles, and spending time with family, friends and animals. Outside of the Hinsdale area, Teresa loves all things Disney and tries to go as often as possible.

Claudia Villarreal-Sierra

Ms. Sierra was born and raised in Saltillo, the capital city of Coahuila estado Mexico, and received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration there. She moved to Chicago with her family in 1998. Claudia has been teaching and working with kids since 2004.

Claudia has two grown children, and when not teaching, she likes spending time outdoors, gardening and visiting her famiy and relatives.

Anahi Gonzalez

Now in her second year teaching at Grace Academy, Ms. Gonzalez assists in the 2s and 4s classroom. She attends DePaul Univeristy in Chicago, majoring in elementary education and minoring in political science.

Anahi also works as a rock climbing instructor for children at Lifetime Fitness in Burr Ridge. She loves working with kids, and watching them learn, grow, and develop.

Ashley Jutkus

Ms. Jutkus began working at Grace Academy in 2022 as a KGL teacher. This academic year, she has expanded her responsibilities, assuming the role of Director of Operations. As such, Ashley helps keep Grace Academy compliant with DCFS and Fire Safety regulations along with other day-to-day management activities. Having graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a BA degree in Child Development, and enjoying her experience as an educator at Grace Academy, Ashley is now pursuing a Master’s Degree in Early Child Education at College of DuPage in order to further her career objectives.

In her spare time Ashley love crocheting, running, fitness, reading, and volunteering.

Ambika Dalal

Ms. Dalal teaches both our 3s students as well as our math enrichment students. She loves to watch her students gain new skills daily. She previously had a career in law, served as PTO co-president of a local elementary school, and is a proud mom of two children. She loves to travel and is a proud Michigan Alum.

Gina Duman

Ms. Duman’s children are alumnae of Grace Children’s Academy. Based on their experience, and her delight as a Grace Academy parent she decided to join the Academy in a teaching capactiy. For the past 6 years she has been a teacher in our 3s classroom. Gina brings with her an extensive background in pediatric healthcare, including work in Radiology at Children’s Memorial Hospital, and as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer.

Gina has an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and holds a license to practice OB/GYN Ultrasound Technology. She cherishes getting to know each child and always looks forward to a fun year of learning, growth, and friendship!

Maureen Maslauskas

Known to the Grace Academy community as ‘Miss Mo,’ Ms. Maslauskas is a mother of 6, who continues to love having her children nearby.

Miss Mo has an AGS degree in Early Childhood Education. She ran a licensed daycare service in her home for more than 12 years, has taught in infant and 2-year-old programs in daycare settings, and has been a nanny for many years.

Miss Mo loves working with children, helping them learn at their own pace. “The youngest hold a special place in my heart. Being silly and creative with kids, while they don’t even realize they’re learning, is a great feeling.”

Stephanie Tuthill

Ms. Tuthill been working in the educational field for 15 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in special education and deaf education, and her masters degree from Northwestern University in Speech-Language Pathology. Stephanie also has completed course work in higher education administration from Northeastern. She has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in many local elementary schools, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and as a clinician at the Center for Brain Health in Dallas, Texas.

Stephanie lives in Hinsdale with her husband Matt and three children, ages 5, 6, and 8, all of whom have attended and loved Grace Academy. She is thrilled to be the Director of Admissions at Grace and loves seeing all our students’ smiling faces every day!
